Wholesale prices are subject to change without notice and are exclusive of GST and delivery charges.
Please allow 5-10 days delivery time from payment of orders in stock. Marmoset Found will arrange freight on your behalf and charge at cost on each delivery.
Many of our products are original handcrafted items. Variations occur in colour, materials used, craftsmanship, size and style of each individual item. This adds character to our products and is no way a fault of the item.
Returns are not accepted unless items arrive damaged or the wrong item is sent. This must be reported 5 days of receipt of delivery, in which case a credit will be issued.
If items arrive damaged please contact us at info@marmosetfound.com.au within 5 days of receiving your order - please include photos of the damages.
Pre-orders
If you order another in-stock item your entire order will not be shipped until the pre-order pieces arrive. Some exclusions apply.
Once your order has been confirmed, your order is then successful in our system, and cannot be shipped or combined with any other orders. We are also unable to adjust or add items to an order once it has successfully processed.
International customers
Please note that import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be. Please note shipping will normally take around 5-10 days.
International customers will be invoiced in Australian dollars and we will not be responsible for shipping.
Shipping will be listed as free on checkout, however, once your order is paid for, we can send you the packed box dimensions for you to organise and pay for your own freight.
All orders are final and cannot be cancelled once packed or you will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
